Rapture had had the same outdated logo for a long time when they came to me looking for a refresh.

Being a restaurant that has been a local staple in the area for over 3 decades they weren't looking for any massive changes from what they were known for. With their guidance I created this new logo and identity for them that would stay true to their dive bar feel and jazz and art nouveau inspired aesthetic.

The woman motif is actually drawn from an iconic lamp that has sat on their bar since the beginning.
